  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place fish fillets on a greased baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each fish fillet.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and press down gently.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
