- 4 pieces of white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fish fillets on a greased baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each fish fillet.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and press down gently.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust baking time based on the thickness of the fish fillets.
- Broiling the fish for the last few minutes adds extra crunch.
