Instructions
- Peel and slice the onion into uniform rings (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Prepare the dipping stations: beat eggs in one bowl and mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another.
- Dip each onion ring in the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown (2-3 minutes on each side).
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
