Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  2. In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and dried thyme to create the dry rub.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and coat them with the dry rub.
  4. Optionally, marinate the wings for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool briefly, and serve hot.
