- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and dried thyme to create the dry rub.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings and coat them with the dry rub.
- Optionally, marinate the wings for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, cool briefly, and serve hot.
