- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 8 strips of crispy bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), wash, peel, and cut potatoes into fries.
- Toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Use bacon grease to cook burger patties, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 4-5 minutes each side.
- Assemble by layering fries, burger patty, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chives.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite sauces or vegetables.
