- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned works great!)

- 1 cup marinara sauce

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in one bowl and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in another bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C), spray basket with olive oil, and cook chicken for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8-10 minutes.
- Top cooked chicken with marinara sauce and mozzarella, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
