- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain.
- Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (3-4 minutes).
- Mix ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Layer in a baking dish: Alfredo sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, spinach, and mozzarella. Repeat, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor, or thaw and drain frozen spinach thoroughly.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
