  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and prepare salmon fillets by rinsing and drying them.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear salmon skin-side down until crispy, then flip and cook through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté briefly, then pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, allowing spinach to wilt.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Return salmon to skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer to warm through.
