Ingredients

- 1 package of fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in cooked ravioli and grated Parmesan until combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
