Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: rinse and season chicken, chop tomatoes, and mince garlic.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through, then keep warm.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cook briefly, and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
- For best results, ensure chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Feel free to substitute spinach with kale for a different flavor.
