- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain.
- Sauté sliced smoked sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; cook until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer to create a sauce.
- Stir in spinach and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
