- 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes).
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Drain fettuccine and combine with shrimp and sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
