- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup peri-peri sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in peri-peri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken, add heavy cream to the skillet, and simmer to make the creamy sauce.
- Cook rice per package instructions, sauté garlic in oil, and mix with the cooked rice.
- Slice chicken, combine with the sauce, serve over garlic rice, and garnish with parsley.
