Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup peri-peri sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in peri-peri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove chicken, add heavy cream to the skillet, and simmer to make the creamy sauce.
  4. Cook rice per package instructions, sauté garlic in oil, and mix with the cooked rice.
  5. Slice chicken, combine with the sauce, serve over garlic rice, and garnish with parsley.
