- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, then set aside.
- Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Asiago cheese and thyme, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Add chicken back to the skillet, coating with sauce and simmering for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
