- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken.
- Steam cauliflower and broccoli until tender (5-7 minutes).
- Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine shredded chicken, steamed veggies, and creamy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
