Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken.
  2. Steam cauliflower and broccoli until tender (5-7 minutes).
  3. Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine shredded chicken, steamed veggies, and creamy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
