- 8 ounces of fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 2 cups of cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Fold in lobster meat and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Notes
- Fresh parsley adds a nice garnish and flavor.
- Use red pepper flakes for an extra kick, if desired.
