Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown, then set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in chicken broth and simmer.
- Whisk in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or salad.
