Instructions
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix in a bowl.
- Add thawed spinach and chopped water chestnuts; mix well.
- Fold in grated parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then serve garnished with fresh herbs.
