To make this deliciously indulgent Creamy Jalapeño Popper Pasta, you will need the following ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice (penne, fettuccine, or rotini work great)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, salting the water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté jalapeños and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese, chicken broth, and half the cheddar and mozzarella until creamy.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
- Top with remaining cheeses and let melt.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot with cilantro if desired.

- For less heat, ensure to remove the seeds from the jalapeños.
