  • 8 oz pasta of your choice (penne, fettuccine, or rotini work great)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, salting the water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté jalapeños and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
