A rich and creamy Italian sausage rigatoni dish that’s easy to make and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook rigatoni until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the sausage for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add onion, cook until translucent, then add garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes and add Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine cooked rigatoni with the sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
