To make this creamy ground turkey pasta, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 12 ounces of your favorite pasta (penne or fettuccine work great!)
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground turkey until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, add seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, mix in grated parmesan, and stir until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until well coated in sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
