Ingredients

  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and dried basil; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain pasta, add it to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce. Heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
