- 8 ounces of large shell pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the shell pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the browned beef and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and beef broth; let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat well.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
