Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces of pasta (linguine or fettuccine work well)
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and fold in flaked salmon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to use different types of pasta based on your preference.
- Be careful not to overcook the salmon to maintain its flakiness.
