A rich and creamy garlic salmon pasta dish that’s easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of pasta (linguine or fettuccine work well)
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season salmon with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and fold in flaked salmon.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use different types of pasta based on your preference.
  • Be careful not to overcook the salmon to maintain its flakiness.
