Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked rotini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
