- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked rotini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
