- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and golden brown.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with parsley.
