Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pan for about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream to the pan and stir well.
- Slowly mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
