Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: slice chicken, mince garlic, and chop parsley.
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet, simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, adjusting consistency with pasta water if needed.
- Combine the chicken and pasta with the creamy sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
