Deliciously stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy garlic crab mixture, perfect for appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of fresh crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms, remove stems, and chop finely.
  3. Mix cream cheese, crab meat, chopped stems, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding your favorite herbs to the filling.
  • These can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
