Ingredients

- 12 large white mushrooms
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of fresh crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms, remove stems, and chop finely.
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, chopped stems, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding your favorite herbs to the filling.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
