- 8 oz. pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti works best)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer, then gradually stir in heavy cream and mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until melted.
- Toss in the cooked pasta to coat with the creamy sauce.

- For added flavor, consider using different types of cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
