- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and stir until the soup is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, and diced avocado if desired. Serve hot.
