To whip up this Creamy Chicken Fajita Pasta, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pasta (fettuccine or penne work best)
  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet of fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the fajita seasoning, and cook until done.
