- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pinching seams together.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crescent roll base and spread evenly. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls over the filling.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
