- 8 oz. pasta (fettuccine or penne work well)
- 1 lb. Cajun sausage (or any sausage of your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
- Sauté the Cajun sausage in olive oil over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir in Cajun seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat; add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
