- 4 large bell peppers (any color you prefer)
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella works great)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or ground turkey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional sausage or turkey in a bowl until creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into each pepper half, packing it in well.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until tender and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.

- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite spices or additional ingredients.
