- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on each square, fold, and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
