Delicious Cream Cheese Spinach Puffs that are perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4×4 inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each square, fold, and seal edges.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
