To create these Cranberry Pistachio Balls, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in cranberries and pistachios (and graham crackers if using).
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls.
- Chill the balls on a lined baking sheet for at least an hour.
- Serve as is or roll in crushed pistachios or powdered sugar.
Notes
- Using graham crackers is optional but adds great texture.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
