- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberry balsamic dressing
Instructions
- Rinse blueberries and cranberries under cold water.
- Chop walnuts and slice red onion.
- Combine spinach, blueberries, cranberries, feta, walnuts, and red onion in a large bowl and toss gently.
- Drizzle blueberry balsamic dressing over the salad and toss again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes if desired.

- For a vegan option, omit the feta cheese.
