  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: jalapeños for a spicy kick!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth. Add corn, bacon, cheddar, and green onions, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. If baking, transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
