- 2 cups of corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: jalapeños for a spicy kick!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth. Add corn, bacon, cheddar, and green onions, then season with salt and pepper.
- If baking, transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbly, or chill in the refrigerator for an hour if serving cold.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies and enjoy!

- For extra spice, add jalapeños.
