- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms, removing stems and gills.
- Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the crab mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.

- Feel free to substitute with different cheeses or herbs for variation.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
