Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms, removing stems and gills.
  3. Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the mushrooms with the crab mixture.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
