  • ¼ cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add melted butter and milk, stirring until just combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and parsley gently.
  5. Drop a tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet, top with crab mixture, and cover with more dough, sealing edges.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
