- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices of bread (your choice)
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Spread the crab filling on four slices of bread, top with cheddar cheese, and place another slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outer sides of each sandwich generously.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, pressing down gently while cooking.
- Remove from the pan, let cool for a minute, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs to the filling.
- Adjust the amount of crab meat based on personal preference.
