Ingredients

- 8 ounces of pasta (your choice: rotini, penne, or fusilli)
- 1 cup of cooked crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions; stir occasionally.
- Drain pasta and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a bowl, combine cooled pasta, crab meat, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and parsley.
- In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until well-coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
