Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh crab meat

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
