Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients, rinsing and chopping shrimp, and checking crab meat for shells.
- Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, add shrimp, and cook until pink and opaque, seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Combine sautéed shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and cheeses, repeating layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
