  • 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients, rinsing and chopping shrimp, and checking crab meat for shells.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and cool.
  3. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, add shrimp, and cook until pink and opaque, seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Combine sautéed shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella in a bowl.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and cheeses, repeating layers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
