  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, add macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to create a roux. Cook until golden, then gradually add milk and cream, stirring until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
  4. In a bowl, mix macaroni, crab, and shrimp, then add cheese sauce and stir to coat.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), pour mixture into a greased dish, top with breadcrumbs if desired, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
