Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of fresh shrimp, deveined
- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 pound of small red potatoes
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 lemons, halved
- 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Water (enough to fill a large pot)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot halfway with water; add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and onion. Bring to a boil.
- Add red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes; then add corn.
- Add shrimp and crab legs; squeeze in lemon juice and boil for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the pot and spread seafood and vegetables on a table to serve.
