Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: arugula, sliced tomatoes, or pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cowboy Butter by mixing softened butter with garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill or cook in a skillet for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Slice the steak thinly, spread Cowboy Butter on slider buns, layer the steak, and add optional toppings.
