Instructions
- Prepare the Cowboy Butter by mixing softened butter with garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill or cook in a skillet for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
