- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, shredded coconut, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl; mix until crumbly and press into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the cream mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top, cut into squares, and enjoy!
