Instructions
- Gather and wash all ingredients; chop romaine lettuce.
- Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side; let rest and dice.
- Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, cool in an ice bath, then chop.
- Assemble salad with lettuce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and eggs.
- Top with blue cheese and green onions; drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
