Instructions
- Prepare the olive salad by mixing olives, celery, garlic, and olive oil; let sit for 30 minutes.
- Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.
- Layer the meats and cheeses: salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and Swiss.
- Add a generous amount of the olive salad on top of the cheese layer.
- Place the top half of the bread over the fillings and press down gently.
- Wrap the sandwich tightly and refrigerate for at least an hour.
